Shaq's Florida Mansion Asking Price Lowered By $10 Million, Still No Buyers


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The real estate crash has been an air-ball for Shaq.  The Phoenix Suns big-man has relisted his Miami Beach mansion for $25 million which is $10 million lower than the $35 million asking price back in 2007.

Shaq paid just under $19 million for his crib back in 2004 so he will still rake-in a cool $7 million if the home sells at the current asking price.  With Florida's home prices crashing, we wouldn't be surprised if the home ends up selling for the same price that he paid in '04.

With Shaq's $20 million annual salary from the phoenix Suns, we doubt that he will be too upset if his home asking price needs to be lowered more.
